There’s more from the Encyclopedia Britannica. For example, the textbook definition of
the Noahide Laws:
“A Jewish Talmudic designation for 7 biblical laws. Given to Adam and Noah BEFORE
Moses’ trip to Mt. Sinani. These Laws bind all humans.”
From the Babylonian Talmud, it explained that Genesis 2:16 listed the first 6 NLs
(Noahide Laws). After the flood (Gen. 9:4) the 7th was added.
These 7 are authoritative and the basis for all other related laws/procedures”
