Anti Fed Ed Warriors, we know much about the top/down overreaches into SEL (Social Emotional Learning). We also know much about these overreaches MH (Mental Health) and BH (Behavioral Health).
Especially when it comes to their insertion into education at the direction of the UN (United Nations) and the CCSS Machine’s directions.
Very recently, the US federal government (based out of the U.S. Dept. of HHS, Health and Human Services) announced an increased effort to data track and mine all the States when it comes to Behavior Health programs. Housed within U.S. Dept. of HHS is the CMS Office (Centers for Medicare/Medicaid).
Below is a screen shot of the news.
How does this US effort play into the UN effort? Government controlled health care!

What Does The “New” Data Look Like:
First off, the alignment between federal and State levels, who is enrolled in behavior health programs (BH), and, lastly who is overseeing the BH programs.
Warriors, you’ll also see the rhetoric that the States can set up their own BH programs, but HOW is that really possible with federal-to-State alignment?!
Contained within the State Health Performance Points aka: State Health mandated parameters are items like immunization and making healthcare more affordable. Warriors, where have we heard/seen these before, from the federal government?
Those ‘well child visits’ will include how successful a parent you are during the first 15 months of your child’s life. What two CCSS Machine groups determined this? The AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) and Bright Futures (BF is an arm of the AAP and designed for well being from birth to age 21).
Among the BF Adivors and Steering Committee, you’ll see CCSS Machine member group Kaiser Permanente (also a big pusher of the ‘resilience’ movement to control community wide mental health ‘outcomes’.) and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
**********************
Warriors, did you see the shift from government determined to private entity determined? This would point to a P3 (Public/Private Parternship). ESSA, Every Student Succeeds Act also mandated an increase in P3s for ‘student success’ and ‘whole family engagement’.
If you look below all the Bright Futures advisors and steering members, you’ll see that Bright Futures works WITH Head Start. Head Start will also include Early Head Start. BOTH “Starts” are CCSS Machine dictated and government funded.
From the “Fact Sheet” for the ‘new’ data from CMS/CHIP, you’ll also see ‘managed care contracts’. This will mean the data tracking net will be spread even wider than before.
(*Note: the ‘fact sheet’ is embedded in this paragraph’s title.)
Below, is a screen shot from the “Core Set” of new BH (Behavior Health) data tracking points Medicaid and CHIP will be using. Note that some items will require bodily fluids. Is that REALLY within the jurisdiction of a school?! Biometrics is part of the CCSS Machine grab for all of us, but it starts with students from all education choices!
Seen below is from the ‘guidance’ section for technical support in the new data tracking for Medicaid/CHIP.
If you wish to see the other quality control measures the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services has to use with the new Medicaid/CHIP data tracking, go here.
If you missed my recent article about U.S. Dept. of Ed’s Secretary DeVos misusing Title One funds for similar tracking of our kids/misusing our schools, go here.
If you’re not sure how specialized support for behavior health is being aligned to federal mandates in ESSA and supporting ESSA, I urge you to read this!

I’ve given you access to all the archives I have on this topic. Many of these articles include other anti CCSS Warriors/anti Fed Ed Warriors’ research, too. Especially Anita Hoge’s.
I urge you to take a look. You’ll be able to trace the overreaching patterns through the years.
Warriors, I cannot stress enough how serious it is we STOP all federal overreaches into our behavior and mental health overreaches in education.
1) Warriors, I have 3 pages of behavioral health/CCSS Machine articles.
2) On the topic of mental health, my blog has 12 pages of archived articles. Many of these articles center on how mental health/education overreaches will be used against EACH and EVERY American, not just students in public schools.
3) If you’ve not seen all my SEL articles, there are 13 pages. Many of these will also be found in the ‘mental health’ category.
4) From around the nation, what some States are already facing in BH programming to fit the CCSS Machine’s ‘tune’ for our youngest learners.
5) How intrusive will all the data mining/tracking be? Massive!
